About our Products
Most of the OKECRAFT products are carved from plain woods.
With the differences of wood grain and color, although one has the same shape with the other product, or is made of trees of the same species, it is easy to find uniqueness in every product.
Even if it is the same kind of tree, the places it grew and other conditions make the grain differs from one another. Each one of them is distinctive, and the wood tone also has a subtle distinction.
Thus, images may differ from the actual product. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.
Return/Exchange of non-defective or undamaged products is possible. However, please note that customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping fees.
How to place an order
View all our products and click on the one you like to purchase. After choosing materials and sizes, add items to the shopping cart.
If you wish to purchase more than one item, repeat the procedure above. (You can change the quantity of item in the shopping cart page)
Click “CHECKOUT” and fill in the required information once you finish choosing.
Checkout instructions:
- Enter personal information and delivery address
- Click “CONTINUE TO DELIVERY METHOD”
- Click “CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD”
- Select a payment method, and click “COMPLETE ORDER” (if you choose to pay by credit cards, click “PAY NOW” instead)
The total amount of payment will be displayed on the payment screen.
Payment options and instructions:
Credit cards
Click in the box that says “Card number” and type in your credit card number.
Click in the box that says “Name on card” and type in your name as it appears on your credit card.
Click in the box that says “Expiration date” and type in the month and year that your credit card expires.
Click in the box that says “Security code” and type in your security code that appears on the back of your credit card.
When finished, click “PAY NOW” and your order will be placed.
PayPal
Click “COMPLETE ORDER” and you will be redirected to PayPal web page automatically. PayPal will pass on the payment to us.
Cash on delivery
Click “COMPLETE ORDER” and your order will be placed.
Bank transfer to Japan Post Bank/Kitami Shinkin Bank
Click “COMPLETE ORDER”, and on the next screen you will see our bank account number. Please complete your payment within 7 days.
After your payment is confirmed, we will deliver your order immediately.
If you have already registered, log in to your account at the information page.
If you are a new customer and wish to register, click “LOG IN”, select “CREATE ACCOUNT” and type in your full name, email address, password. Once all that’s complete, click “REGISTER”. By registering, you can skip some process of entering information next time you purchase.
Transactions
The total amount of payment will be displayed on the payment screen.
Application deadline
If you choose bank transfer as your payment option, we reserve the right to cancel your order if the payment is not fulfilled within 7 days from the day you place your order.
Delivery time
If the product is in stock, the delivery will take place within 3 working days once the order is placed. You will receive a delivery reminder via email when we are ready to deliver your order.
If the product you ordered is out of stock or currently unavailable, we will contact you via phone or email within 3 working days beginning on the day you place your order.
※ Delivery time depends on your delivery address, when you complete the payment, the traffics, and the weather.
※ If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you in order to reschedule your delivery date.
Product availability
All orders are subject to stock availability and some of our products will be sold in limited quantities.
If you wish to buy in large quantities, please contact us in advance for more details (stock availability, estimated delivery date, etc.).
About payment methods
You can pay by credit cards, PayPal, cash on delivery (Sagawa e-Collect Service) and bank transfer (Japan Post Bank/Kitami Shinkin Bank).

PayPal
Link a payment method like your credit cards, debit cards, or bank accounts to your PayPal account, and you can make a payment with just an email address and password.

Cash on delivery (Sagawa e-Collect Service)
※ When paying using Cash on delivery, you will be charged a special handling fee. The amounts of handling fees are listed below.

Shipping fees
The shipping fees vary according to the delivery area. Check the list below for detailed information.
Shipping is FREE if you place an order of 16,500 yen or more with one delivery destination.

※ Packages delivered to Okinawa Prefecture will be sent via Yu-Pack parcel service from Japan Post.

Returns and exchanges
Returns/Exchanges of defective or damaged products
We strive to provide products of the best quality. If you receive defective or wrongly delivered products, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange for the products to be returned or exchanged without delay.
We will bear the shipping fees and other charges for the return/exchange.
Please note that we don’t offer exchanges for any limited or sale products; in that case, we will gladly refund the cost.

You are required to bear the shipping fees for the return/exchange, for which we kindly ask for your understanding.
Please contact us within 7 days beginning on the day you receive products, otherwise we will not be able to process returns/exchanges.
